The design department is built around a group of specialized professionals who, together with the customer, defines the most suitable carton and graphic solutions for different needs.

A 6-color offset-hybrid printing machine + 102×142 cm painting unit allows us to create any type of sheet finish, guaranteeing high-speed and high-definition prints.

In this phase, through cutting and creasing operations, the final shape is given to the printed products. The die-cutting department has two BOBST automatic machines, in the 100x140 format.

The company has three sawing machines which allow, at high production rates, the application of cutting blades in transparent or white PVC, transparent or metallised PET, aluminium and cardboard. The application is aimed at both the domestic and professional sectors.

Two latest generation folding-gluing machines allow us to carry out any type of closure with maximum efficiency: single flap or double flap, automatic bottom, 4 and 6 corners, and many other solutions. The final line of each machine is equipped with semi-automatic system of packing, an option that allows us to obtain a greater productivity and a better result of the packing of products.

The 3.000 square meters assigned for stoking raw materials and finished products are ideal to assure to our customers the maximum attention and meticulousness even during the non-productive phases.
